Hello, I am Tammy Currey, and I serve as a Tax Advisor for The Legacy Financial Group.

I’m a proud Marine brat who spent most of my childhood in McAlester after my dad retired from the military. One of the greatest joys of my life was being a stay-at-home mom during my three children’s early years. In 2009, I earned my bachelor’s degree in accounting from East Central University and later moved to the Tulsa area to complete my master’s at NSU Broken Arrow. While raising my kids was incredibly fulfilling, becoming “GiGi” to my grandson has been the ultimate reward.

These days, I live in Bristow with my two sweet (and spoiled) dogs—Apollo, a Great Pyrenees/Husky mix, and Rosie, a Golden Retriever. I bring a compassionate, approachable style to my work because I believe clients should feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me with my family, doting on my pups, enjoying the outdoors, working in my flower beds, building something new, or working on a home renovation project—usually with a little sawdust involved.

I’m a seasoned Tax Advisor passionate about helping small business owners thrive. With over a decade in public accounting and nearly two decades in private industry, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges small businesses face. I specialize in tax planning and advisory services, working closely with clients to simplify complex tax matters and create strategies that support their long-term success. Nothing is more rewarding to me than seeing a small business grow with the right financial guidance in place.
